About

Our research is focused on understanding the intricate processes behind visual perception and decision-making. Our main interest lies in exploring the dynamic interplay between bottom-up and top-down processes that shape how we perceive and make decisions. We specifically investigate how top-down processes such as attention, prior knowledge, and expectations influence perception and decision-making. To achieve this, we use various techniques including psychophysics, computational modeling, and functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI).
